Getting quiet is not something we normally even think of in our fast-paced world. When our lives get more difficult, getting quiet and be one of the most beneficial things we can do. It's not about being a master or yogi, but just getting comfortable, closing your eyes and letting your mind slow down. Science has show the value in reducing stress and anxiety, which are running rampant right now. Give it a try for 10 minutes a day or a few minutes whenever you're feeling particularly stressed or anxious. It can make all the difference.
